"La propiedad es muy linda y bien equipada, si bien esta lejos del centro y se necesita auto paea moverse (esta dentro de un barrio cerrado). El check in y out fue sin contacto. Yo tenia muy mala señal y eso fue un problema para comunicarme porque no tenia las instrucciones del check in antes de llegar. Igual, todo muy bien. La vista hermosa!!!"

"Wonderful location but challenging to get to at night Website was a touch confusing to get the key codes- would suggest recommending what’s app and a bit more communication ahead of time as travel can be tricky in this area Great place for the outdoorsy folks to have a well deserved respite form the camping and a great shower It’s not “ close” to move around but even this areas has spectacular views and waa a good base camp in the lakes region and better than a non Chilean option "

"Awesome, free capuchino, cookies, apples and bananas discreetly placed around the hotel meeting places. Excelent breakfast. Ample (outside) parking placr Only problem found where the “cheap” rooms on the third floor looking to the west or town (not the park and river rooms towards the east) you can hear the squeek of the rooftop ventilators and for my specific weight (over 270 pound) found the matress much to soft and woobly"

El staff está siempre pendiente de hacerte sentir como en casa, las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas y la limpieza de habitaciones super segura e impecable! Los recepcionistas Carola, Angie, Lisett y Alfonso son super amables y organizados. El servicio de limpieza y cualquier cosita que necesites es super expedito y preciso. Siempre con amabilidad y respeto! Las mucamas dejan la pieza como nueva y con muy buen olor y sabanas limpias!"

"Nuestra estadía estuvo bastante bien. La atención de los recepcionistas fue excelente, al igual que la del personal del restaurante Dominga, especialmente Valentina. Como punto de mejora, la atención del personal de aseo podría ser más eficiente. Solicitamos una frazada en tres oportunidades y nunca llegó. Además, no hubo reposición de papel higiénico durante nuestra estadía. Por estas razones, no otorgo 5 estrellas."
